1.Squats
The first exercise I recommend that most women start with is the squat.

Yes, it’s a fundamental move. But it’s exactly what helps tone your legs and make your glutes strong and firm. Focus on your technique rather than the number of reps. The better you can feel your muscles working, the sooner you’ll see results.

How to do it:
✔️ 4 sets of 15–20 reps.
If it’s too hard for now, do it without weights.
If it’s easy, grab some light dumbbells or use a resistance band.
The main rule: squat as deep as your knees allow without pain.

2.Lunges
The next exercise is lunges.
They are excellent for working the glutes and inner thighs, as well as for toning and defining your legs.
Don't rush the movement. Control every step and shift the load onto the glute of your supporting leg, rather than the knee.

How to perform:
✔️ 3 sets of 12–15 reps per leg.
If it’s too difficult for now, do the exercise without added weight.
If you feel confident in your form and the load has become too light, grab some small dumbbells.
The main rule: keep your torso upright and lower yourself to a comfortable depth without knee pain.

3.Push-ups
Exercise No. 3 — Knee Push-ups
Don't skip this exercise, even if your goal is to target your glutes.
Toned arms, good posture, and a firmer upper body are built through strength exercises.
Push-ups strengthen the chest muscles, shoulders, and triceps, and also help improve overall strength and endurance.

How to perform:
✔️ 3 sets of 12–15 repetitions.
If doing push-ups on the floor is still too difficult, perform the exercise using a bench or any stable, elevated surface.
The key rule is to keep your body in a straight line, avoid arching your lower back, and lower yourself smoothly without jerking movements.

4.Glute bridge
The final exercise of the workout—and one of the most effective for targeting the glutes—is the GLUTE BRIDGE.

It helps firm up the glutes, improve their shape, and strengthen the muscles that often remain "dormant" due to a sedentary lifestyle.

Don't rush. What matters here isn't the number of repetitions, but achieving maximum glute contraction at the top of the movement.

How to perform it:
✔️ 4 sets of 20 repetitions.
If using your own body weight is enough for now, perform the exercise without extra resistance.
If it becomes too easy, use a resistance band or place a light weight on your hips.
The key rule is to hold the top position for 1–2 seconds while squeezing your glutes as hard as possible, then slowly lower yourself back down.
